Multiplatform application suite – The request, coming from Unit group, a renown italian automotive group, consisted of three differents but inter-related apps, in order to improve the efficiency of repair shop partners and enhance their loyalty program.
Cargoo is an iPhone and Android app addressed to drivers. Users can upload their documents, arrange appointments, book services, localize the nearest car repair shop. Cargoo is aimed at a broad public and made generally available, so the best solution was an adequate mix of high impact visuals – graphical user interface design is inspired to a car dash – and strong usability.
Check in is an Android app able to digitize the entry procedure in partners garages. The client-server architecture simplifies communications between different units – such as stock warehouse and archive. Thanks to a 3D model users can track body damage and create ready-to-print documents. At the end of the process customers put a biomethrical signature on the paper, to assure their digital identity. .
Ticket is an app for iOs and Androib tablets, a cutting-edge way to support diagnostic and car fixing. Thanks to a complex system of augmented reality and videoconference, Ticket allow communications between repairers and remote operators and, taking advantage from AR, users can display on the monitor, added in real time, real views and 3D elements, audio, media contents, animations, in order to lead the fixing.
